  • Wellness coaching is an investment in your current & future self! It only requires a desire to make changes and a willingness to trust the process. Working with me, there are no one-size-fits-all plans, because everyones goals are unique to them. Instead, through a structured and professional partnership, I will help you figure out what optimal wellness looks like for you and how to get there on your own terms; lasting change occurs when the ideas are intrinsic. My coaching initiative is for anyone wanting a realistic, common sense approach, yet passionate and authentic to them. My coaching is also talk-based and done by phone or Zoom. If you are in the Phoenix metro, we can meet in person as well!

  • Therapy is clinically based through a licensed therapist, while coaching does not require a license, nor is it clinical. Generally, therapy often focuses on the past and present, while with coaching, we will stay in the realm of present and future. Often therapy will focus deeply on cognitions and relieving mental health suffering, whereas coaching focuses in on behaviors and actionable steps. Respectively coaches have their own unique philosophy or approach, tending to be very goal and action oriented, and as such they will help their clients set goals, create action plans to achieve those goals, and support and guide them along the way, while also providing accountability and motivation. (Coaches should not recommend any clinical advice unless licensed to do so. I.e, diagnosing, medicinal, nutritional, etc.) My own coaching approach is very hands on, and as such sessions are very personable, down to earth, relatable and ‘real world’ atmosphere. Through the process you may organically feel changed in a therapeutic way, which is incredible and always a bonus!

    My personal coaching philosophy will be to hear your immediate concerns and goals, whatever they may be, and then work to find any possible connections and imbalances within All Eight aspects of your life. The goal will be to make sustainable changes across all areas of your well-being that will not only help with your initial concerns, but improve your overall health + wellness. My belief is that we are capable of solving more than one singular problem! I believe we can do the work and find consistent improvement in many areas, leading to permanent, positive change!

  • The stone cold truth - is that you need it. You need 12 weeks. 12 weeks will bring you through a wider range of challenges or potential setbacks than you may come across with just a few weeks of accountability. You’re able to monitor habits in different scenarios, time frames, even weather. A habit may come easy in May, but come July, is that still the case? I want to be there for you long enough to push through those moments of possible struggle or frustration. After 12 weeks of support and guidance, we want your confidence to be solidified and your resolve to be healthier fully committed!

  • The All Eight Initiative is based on your personal commitment. There is no magic wand, no magical cure; I can’t snap fingers and instantly make it all better (but I absolutely would if I could!). However, there is magic in your hard work and dedication to yourself. It’s in the honesty you bring to the table and the amount of focus you hold through the endeavor. The faster you lean in and commit to the change, the quicker you will see results. It may or may not happen overnight, but the results will come and we’ll celebrate together! Beginning to end, we’re a team, and part of my commitment to you is also making sure you notice even the smallest results!

  • I currently do not have any coaching certifications or a degree in this field. However, the work we’ll be doing is not clinical! Based on years of accumulated research of human habits, we are simply applying that research in a personal, curated manner. My own PCM or Proprietary Coaching Method is based largely on habit creation &/or elimination and organization. My years of experience in other related fields have directly influenced and added to my knowledge of coaching. My belief is that a degree or piece of paper is not a guarantee that someone is great at what they do. It’s their dedication, their passion, their willingness to learn and grow and I can promise you, with deepest sincerity, that that is what you will receive from me!
